Description
PBS (1X), sterile comprises of 200 mg/L KCl (2.68 mM), 200 mg/L KH2PO4 (1.47 mM), 8000mg/L NaCl (136.89 mM), and 1150mg/L Na2HPO4 (8.1 mM) at pH 7.4. Dulbecco´s Phosphate Buffered Saline has been prepared with ultrapure water, 0.2 micron filtered and autoclaved at 121ºC for 20 minutes. None of the components is of animal origin (BSE/TSE-free). It does not contain Ca & Mg nor Phenol Red. The buffer is sterile and endotoxin-free (<0.05 EU/ml).
